PRACTICE SURVEY:
A complete analysis of your practice. A written report would detail the results,
conclusions and recommendations.

PERIODIC VISITS:
Services are provided on a continuing basis with emphasis in certain areas on
each visit. The majority of consulting is conducted in this fashion in order to
provide a constant flow of information and review of your practice, tax and
personal financial management.

SERVICES:

Tax audit representation and tax return preparation services. Payroll and billing/
collection services are also available.

Services are charged by using a retainer schedule. Separate additional charges are made when the consultant is required to attend a special meeting, report on special projects or deal with some matter requiring additional time in excess for the regular visit. Another option is to be billed with no retainer, but on an hourly basis. No formal contracts are entered into with clients.

Personal Finances:

Personal financial planning services are also provided. Use of a financial plan is recommended in order to help you prioritize your lifestyle and financial goals. A review of your cash flow, investment portfolio, insurance protection, retirement objectives and estate plans are conducted.

Accounting & Taxes:
The consultant working on a periodic basis will prepare and maintain records in the following areas:
• state and federal income tax returns
• state and federal payroll tax returns and reports
• periodic finanical statements
• double entry accounting system

Practice Management:
Practice mangement services and reporting are designed to assist with the following:
• establishment of credit policies and collection control
• analysis of income and comparisons
• statistical studies and comparison
• personnel training, policies and salary studies
• review fringe benefits program
• bookkeeping analysis, system development and utilization of
   records and forms
• feasibility studies for partnership and corporate formations
• office planning and space utilization
